For Those Who Wish To Wear A Veil

Here are a few tips to help when choosing your headpiece.

The ideal veil depends largely on the style of wedding gown you choose, as well as your face shape and personality. Feeling royal? Opt for a cathedral-length stunner like a princess. Want something more hip and modern? Go short. Something with a period feel? Try a caged veil. Whatever style you choose, consider the following pointers before making your final decision:

1.First of all do you feel a veil in appropriate for your wedding? and is a veil for you? only you can decide what feels right, try a few on, does the vail feel comfortable?, has the veil given you the finishing touch you wanted?.

2. Any ornamentation around the edges, make sure your veil ends below any oramentation part of the dress, you dont want them compeating with one another.

3. If you want to dazzle, crystals reflect light and often photograph better than rhinestones, which can look like black dots in snapshots.

4. You like the ribbon edge veil? depending on the leanth, a ribbon edging can create a horizontal line across the body, making you look shorter.

5. Dont forget the back, if you have details you wish to show, wear a very sheer veil.

6. If you plan to remove you veil just before the reception, note that the veil will then not be worn during the cutting of the cake, etc for photos, most brides choose to wait until after the first dance

7.Finally again ask yourself, do you want a veil? dont have one just becouse you feel its the norm. Weddings are more unique now, more personally are put in to weddings now, and is much more exceptable.

Kate Dress :)

I do love the fact Kate has gone for a vintage style dress, and the bottom beading is impecable, however I really think she should have gone for something a little more structured around the tummy area. Kate is tiny so how and why she went for a style that did not flatter her to well is a little surprising.

Saying that Kate's saving grace is her lovely glowing skin, beautifully styled lose hair and the cute vale.

Match The Look To You Hair Colour

Getting the perfect make up look to complement you hair colour, can be tricky for some. So here are just a few tips to help you along.

Your hair is black

Deep colours will look great on you, think burgundy, plum, reds and juicy blackcurrants.

Your hair is blonde

Baby pink used on the cheeks and lips will look amazing on you. Just remember to keep everything soft.

Your hair is brunette

Rose, browns and mahogany will look stunning against your hair colour, if you have dark eyes dont be afraid to make them smolder.

Your hair is red

Use rich red or brown colours, don't let your amazing hair down with a muted palate.

Abby Clancy The Modern Bride

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how amazing does Abbey look in this reported £10,000 Giles Deacon gown.

I am a fan of Abbeys closet already, so I was expected her wedding gown choice to be a great one, however this has gone way above expectations.

The cut is amazing for Abbys body, yes a sexy gown but that's Abby and I am glad she has stuck to being herself on her big day. Even down to the red polish, which at first I was a little unsure but as she has kept everything else simple, hair, flowers and jewellery I think it actually works.

Kate Moss And The Wedding Details

Kate Moss today will be as confirmed by Grazia, wearing a dress designed by her long old friend John Galliano.

Last night the couple to be, stepped out side the Swan pub in Cotswold to give the photographer's a great night before picture opportunity.

I am left wondering if this 70's inspired outfit will be a theme? well we will get to see when the official pictures are shown in the US September Vogue. The photographer on the day will be the great Mario Testino.

The couple and guest are expected to continue the wedding celebrations in Moss's garden, with a Glastonbury festival style reception.

Catering is supposedly provided by one of Kates fav london resturant, China Tang in Dorcester, and the drinks for the evening are Red Bull and Don Perigon Champaine.

Very interesting choice. I do for one think this will be a great party wedding, whos guest will be talking about this day for a very long time and with very sore heads in the morning.
